Step 1: Download and Install
Download Valora Health from the App Store on your iPhone.

Follow the onboarding walkthrough to set up your profile and health goals.

Step 3: Grant Permissions
Allow HealthKit access to enable automatic health tracking.

Step 4: Connect Apple Watch (Optional)
If you have an Apple Watch, the Valora Watch app will automatically install.

Q: What devices are supported?
A: iPhone (iOS 17+) and Apple Watch (watchOS 10+).
Q: Is my data secure?
A: Yes. Health data is stored locally on your device. All transmissions are encrypted.
Q: Do I need an Apple Watch?
A: No. Valora works without an Apple Watch, but the Watch enables real-time monitoring.

Apple Watch

Q: How do I connect my Apple Watch?
A: The Watch app installs automatically when you install Valora on your iPhone.
Q: Why is my Watch not syncing?
A: Try these steps:
  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone
  2. Check Valora is installed on your Watch (Watch app > Installed Apps)
  3. Restart both devices
  4. Open Valora on both devices
Q: What does the Watch track?
A: Heart rate, steps, calories, exercise minutes, blood oxygen, and water intake.

AI Health Advisor

Q: How do I use the AI Advisor?
A: Open the AI Advisor tab and tap the microphone. Speak naturally for personalised advice.
Q: Does the AI work offline?
A: The AI requires internet. Messages queue when offline and send when you reconnect.
Q: Is my conversation private?
A: Yes. Conversations are encrypted and not permanently stored.

Subscriptions

Q: What features are free?
A: Basic health tracking, limited AI queries, medication reminders, Watch sync.
Q: What does Premium include?
A: Unlimited AI conversations, voice advisor, camera meal recognition, advanced insights.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: iPhone Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > Valora Health > Cancel.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support or request through purchase history.

Troubleshooting

App Crashes

  • Update to the latest version from the App Store
  • Restart your iPhone
  • Delete and reinstall (HealthKit data is preserved)

HealthKit Data Not Showing

  1. Go to iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Valora
  2. Ensure all data types are enabled
  3. Restart the app

AI Features Not Working

  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure you haven't exceeded your daily free limit
  • Close and reopen the app

Watch App Issues

  • Ensure Watch is charged and nearby
  • Check for software updates on Watch
  • Reinstall: Watch app > My Watch > Valora > Delete, then reinstall
