- Restart both devices
- Open Valora on both devices

AI Health Advisor
Q: How do I use the AI Advisor?
A: Open the AI Advisor tab and tap the microphone. Speak naturally for personalised advice.

A: The AI requires internet. Messages queue when offline and send when you reconnect.

Troubleshooting
App Crashes
- Update to the latest version from the App Store
- Restart your iPhone
- Delete and reinstall (HealthKit data is preserved)
HealthKit Data Not Showing
- Go to iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Valora
- Ensure all data types are enabled
- Restart the app
AI Features Not Working
- Check your internet connection
- Ensure you haven't exceeded your daily free limit
- Close and reopen the app
Watch App Issues
- Ensure Watch is charged and nearby
- Check for software updates on Watch
